Description
This DIPA is a nod to maple syrup season here in the County. We used real maple syrup to add a touch of sweetness and build a fuller, rounder body, sourced from Justin’s Maple Syrup, a sugar bush just a couple minutes down the road from the brewery. Sticky pours a thick, hazy orange with a dense glow. The aroma is packed with ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and bright grapefruit zest. On the palate it’s smooth and silky, leaning into sweet tropical fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice, balanced by a gentle resinous bitterness that keeps you coming back for more. The maple works quietly in the background, adding depth and a subtle richness that makes each sip feel a little more indulgent. Big, punchy, and surprisingly easy drinking for 8.2%.
