Description
We had a blast brewing this one with our friends at Hops Connect and Yeast Canada Innovations! Fermented with Haze Heaven and loaded up with a ridiculous combination of Citra Lupocore, Luminosa and Riwaka Amplifire Oil, this beer was all about pushing the limits of hop flavour and intensity. This was our first time experimenting with Citra Lupocore and Luminosa, and let's just say we're pretty blown away by the results. We're stoked to finally share this one with you! Pouring a bright straw yellow with a luminous, dense haze, SHIFT bursts with explosive aromas of citrus oil, candied lemon, ripe pineapple and tropical fruit. Intense flavours of orange zest, lemon candy, passionfruit and juicy pineapple follow, delivering a punchy, incredibly saturated hop experience. Bright and vibrant with a crisp citrus lift and a beautifully clean finish.
