Description
We absolutely adore the crew at Bad Bones. Not only are they some of our favourite people in the industry, they're also brewing some of the best hazy IPAs in Canada. Whenever we get the chance to make something together, we don't hesitate. With a collaboration like this, there was only one option, go big. We built this massive DIPA around some of our favourite hops, layering our go-to Citra with juicy Peacharine, Freestyle Motueka and a healthy dose of Motueka Hop Kief to push the aromatics even further. The result is an unapologetically saturated hop bomb that perfectly captures what both our breweries love to brew. Pouring thick with a dense, milky haze, this DIPA explodes with aromas of ripe peach, candied citrus, passionfruit and fresh lime zest. The palate is incredibly soft and full, delivering flavours of peach gummies, sweet orange, pineapple and creamy tropical fruit, all backed by waves of bright lime from the Motueka. It finishes surprisingly clean with a gentle bitterness that keeps the massive hop character in perfect balance.
