Description
Probably our favourite IPA of the year so far. We make some of our batches in a smaller fermenter, and because we don’t like to open bags of hops and only use a partial amount, this little tank tends to get a way bigger dose than our normal IPA batches. There also seems to be a little something special about what comes out of this tank. Can you guess what other beers were made in it? Pouring absolutely stupidly hazy with a thick, frothy head, Lifeline crushes the nose with a massive aromatic wave of bright lemon-lime zest, sweet melon, and juicy tropical fruit. On the palate, that extra-heavy hop dose delivers an incredibly soft, velvety mouthfeel packed with deeply saturated flavours of fresh citrus cream, ripe summer berries, and a crisp, clean hint of resinous pine. It finishes exceptionally smooth with a perfectly integrated, mild bitterness.
