Dazed - Overnight Oatmeal Stout w Coffee & Maple Syrup 6.5% - Collaboration w Third Moon Brewing Co - 473ml Can

Stout has been on our minds a lot lately and when we decided to make one for an anniversary collab beer we had no choice but to reach out to our friends at Third Moon Brewing! These amazing humans are incredible makers of stouts and we strongly encourage you to pick some up whenever possible! 

Dazed was born from the idea of creating a lactose free stout experience that is still full bodied, rich and creamy. To achieve this we cold steeped oats overnight in our mash tun creating our own oat milk which was used as our brewing water. The result was the perfect base to which copious amounts of local maple syrup was added throughout the process. Our friends at Durand Coffee Shop selected a delicious Ethiopian variety of coffee that we circulated the finished beer through for 48 hours. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 

Dazed pours black with tight brown bubbles. A decadent bouquet of maple, chocolate and coffee explode out of the glass, reminding us of some of the best cold brew we’ve had! A rich and creamy body delivers flavours of fruity coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of maple sweetness. Finishes balanced and clean. Oh so easy to drink!
