There are few hops that stand out to us more than Talus. The unique flavour and aroma produced by this hop caught our attention when we experimented with it in a west coast IPA and fell in love with it. To us it feels like it adds body and texture that was made for hazy IPA, almost a perceived creaminess to it. We paired it with Citra, and Idaho 7 to bring you SPLASH!
Pouring a super hazy straw yellow, with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and with light herbal notes. Velvety soft mouthfeel carrying flavours of fresh oranges, stone fruit, and pine. Clean and refreshing finish.
