Hypnosis - New England Style IPA w All Nelson Sauvin Hops 6.7% - 473ml Can

There is just something about Nelson Sauvin that puts a smile on our faces. Inhaling the intoxicating punchy aroma from a freshly opened bag, and pinching the sticky pellets in our fingers gets us almost giddy with excitement. Which is why when we received our first shipment of this wonderful hop this year, we decided to make an IPA hopped with nothing else! What was created was nothing more than our most hypnotic beer to date. 

Introducing Hypnosis! A big fluffy and delicious, single hop, Nelson Sauvin IPA! Pouring an opaque golden yellow with tight lingering bubbles, this beer smashes the nostrils with aromas of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, pine needles, and dank cannabis. Flavours of white grape, passionfruit, and fresh berries float on a soft, full bodied mouthfeel and finishes dry with a refreshing mild bitterness. If you can’t already tell, we are so stoked about this one.
