Laying a foundation of base and specialty malts for a clean mild malt character, this new style West Coast IPA pours an almost clear golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Hopped with Mosaic Incognito, Simcoe, Citra Cryo and Talus. Expect big hop aroma with flavours of pine, orange peel, grapefruit and sage. Clean and refreshing with a balanced bitterness. We are very excited to be brewing this style! Expect more to come!
